      Term and Condition

  1. Definitions PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY means Firm, having its registered office at Ward No:-04,Kharzamma Road, Land Mark:-Brahamashthan Kharjamma, City:- Mahnar Bazar, District:- Vaishali, State:- Bihar, Pincode:- 844506 in GST NO:- 10AYGPP8329M1Z3, MSME NO:- UDYAM-BR-37-0011095 operating in consultancy, software Development, e‑commerce, and referral programs in India. Group Businesses means Localse ONLINE, Pass One Store, Pass One Softech Solution and any other present or future business promoted or managed by the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY. User / Investor means any person or entity who accesses PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY platforms, uses PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY services, or provides funds to the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses. Platform means any website, mobile app, e‑commerce portal, or digital service operated by the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses.
  2. Acceptance of Terms By using any Platform, availing services, participating in referral programs, or providing funds to the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY, the User/Investor agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If the User/Investor does not agree, they must not use the Platform, must not participate in referral or investment programs, and must not provide any funds to the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses.
  3. Nature of Business and Services The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY is engaged in consultancy, software development, e‑commerce services, referral and earn programs, and development of its Group Businesses such as Localse ONLINE, Pass One Store and Pass One Softech Solution. Services, features, and benefits offered on the Platform may change, be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY without prior notice, and no User/Investor shall claim any right or compensation on such account.
  4. User and Investor Eligibility Only persons competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (i.e., 18 years or above, of sound mind, not disqualified by law) may use the Platform or participate in any program of the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY. The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may, at its sole discretion, refuse access, suspend, or terminate any User/Investor account or relationship without assigning any reason and without any liability, except refund of any clear, undisputed amount legally due, if any.
  5. Fund Provision and Profit Sharing Any funds provided by an Investor to the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses are accepted strictly as per a separate agreement, scheme document or contract, which will specifically define amount, tenure, risk, expected return, and conditions; in case of conflict, such specific agreement shall prevail over these general Terms. Profit sharing (if any) is subject to actual performance, availability of distributable surplus, applicable law and approvals; the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY does not guarantee or assure any fixed or minimum return, interest, profit, or dividend to any Investor.
  6. No Guaranteed Returns and Risk Disclosure All funding, investment or profit‑sharing arrangements with the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses involve business risk, including risk of partial or total loss of capital, delay in payments, or variation in profit. The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY, its promoters, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, damage or loss of profits arising out of any business downturn, market conditions, regulatory actions, technology failures, or any other event beyond reasonable control.
  7. Referral and Earn Program The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may run referral and earn programs where eligible Users can share referral links/codes and earn benefits as per program‑specific terms; such programs may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Any misuse, fraud, use of spam, misleading promotions, or activities in violation of law or these Terms may lead to immediate disqualification from the referral program, cancellation or reversal of rewards, and such further legal action as the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may deem fit.
  8. E‑commerce and Software Services All purchases, orders, subscriptions and use of e‑commerce and software services offered by the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses shall be governed by applicable service‑specific terms, including pricing, taxes, delivery, refunds, cancellation, warranty and after‑sales support, as displayed on the relevant Platform. The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may correct any errors in pricing, description or availability and cancel or modify any order or service accordingly; the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY’s decision in such matters shall be final and binding on the User.
  9. User Obligations and Indemnity Users and Investors shall provide accurate, complete and updated information, comply with all applicable laws, and shall not use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose. The User/Investor agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY, its directors, employees and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of the Platform or referral/investment programs.
  10. No Investment, Legal or Tax Advice Any information, projections, plans, presentations or statements shared by the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY on its Platforms or in meetings are for general information only and shall not be treated as investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Investors are advised to consult their own independent legal, tax, financial and other advisors before entering into any funding, investment or profit‑sharing arrangement with the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its Group Businesses.
  11. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs and data on the Platforms are the exclusive property of the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY or its licensors, and Users obtain only a limited, revocable, non‑transferable licence to access and use the Platform for permitted purposes. Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without prior written consent of the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY.
  12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY, its directors, employees and affiliates towards any User/Investor for any claim arising out of use of the Platform, services, referral program or any funding/investment relationship shall be limited to the amount actually paid by such User/Investor to the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, if any. In no event shall the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY be liable for any loss of profit, business opportunity, goodwill, data or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort or equity.
  13. Modification and Termination The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time; continued use of the Platform or continuation as Investor after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may terminate or suspend any User/Investor account, service, referral benefit, or funding arrangement for breach of Terms, suspicion of fraud, legal/regulatory requirement, or business reasons, without prejudice to its other rights and remedies.
  14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable dispute‑resolution clauses, courts at [City:-Hajipur State, Bihar] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, any referral program, or any funding/profit‑sharing arrangement with the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY.
  15. Dispute Resolution the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY may, at its discretion, provide an internal grievance redressal mechanism and/or arbitration for resolving disputes; details of the process may be notified separately and shall be binding on Users/Investors. Users/Investors agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY’s designated grievance or arbitration process before approaching any court, to the extent permitted by law.
  16. Miscellaneous If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No delay or failure by the PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, and any waiver must be in writing and specifically granted.
  17. I/We know about the Pass One Future Technology that this is a Proprietor Firm run by Dharmendra Kumar Paswan with Firm GST No:- 10AYGPP8329M1Z3 & MSME BR-37-0011095
  18. I/We agree with all Term & Condition of Pass One Future Technology and its  Group Firm, I/We know that any Products and Service buy OR promote then these firms are not responsible for any types of Gurantee/Warrenty/Damage/Exchange/Returns/Services because this is a Consultant/service provider i/we always claim to drectly Manufacturer/Seller/Service Provider Online OR Offline
  19. I/We Know that this is not a NBFC/BANKING OR any other Financial Institution, This is a Business Startup of my Friends/Relative Mr. Dharmendra Kumar Paswan and I am Paying him monthly / One Time Amount to help him. I / We will get only Return of Profit Percent which decide by Pass One Future Technology and his Owner until i/we should not get my Full Amount.
  20. I / We also agree with the term of Pass One Future Technology that could not get my contributed amount before decided time due to amount invested in my Friends/Relative firm Pass one Future Technology, I/We Demand to get Full Amount Before the Time then agree to get 10% to 20% Deduction on my Invested/Contributed Amount without any condition.
  21. In the Contribution of One Time OR Monthly Investor / Party /Friends / Relative of Firm owner will get Accidental Insurance Coverage from the Insurance Provider Company free of cost.
  22. As per IRDA Guideline and Insurance Provider Company norms, Claim will be settled, if any miss happening with the Insured person, then nominee and the insured person family member are responsible to provide require document for verification to get claim, pass one Future Technology and his owner is not Responsible for any kind of insurance related issue.
  23. Pass One Future Technology and his owner did not Accept any RD and FD which Comes under RBI and Banking Guideline, its only Request to his Friends/Relative to help him for his new startup business, One Time and Monthly Contributor will be contribute without any Pressure and temptation.
  24. The above declaration and the signatures of the applicant and the witness below certify that the friends/relatives of Pas One Future Technology and Dharmendra Kumar Paswan who are collaborating here, be it once a month or for a period of one month, know very well that this is not a bank, NBFC or any financial lending company, it is a proprietorship firm which develops software and provides digital services, hence in future no friend/relative, investor/party can make false allegations against this firm that the firm lured them by promising higher interest or took money in the name of any company or bank.
  25. Signature on the form/Register or Login online certifies that you are an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above and wish to earn 5-10% of the profits annually by working together and terms of No work No Pay.
  26. You are filling KYC documents like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Bank Passbook and complete details willingly without any pressure, you also give permission that Pass One Future Technologies and its owner can use your documents and information in their other firms.
  27. I/We Register/Join to Pass One group via online OR Offline any firm 1. Localse Online www.localsay.online 2. Pass One Store www.passone.store        3. Pass One Softech Solution www.passonesoftech.in OR other agree with all  T & C, I/We know that these all firms are a Part/Unit of Register Firm PASS ONE FUTURE TECHNOLOGY
  28. This is a proprietorship firm, here profit share will be given only on sale of digital or physical products, you gave money on the credit and goodwill of the firm and its owner, that money was received on time and with or without interest, so you can never make any claim or blame on the firm or its owner, if you do then you will be the first culprit and its hearing will take place in Haripur jurisdiction of Vaishali, Bihar.
  29. All decisions of the firm are reserved with its owner, the decision of the owner of the firm will be final, the firm has the right to make changes in its service, decision or necessary work without any notice. Signed with this form applicant agree with Pass One Future Technology every Term and Condition.
